Dancing is the BEST workout
I have spent the lump sum of my life in the dance studio. I like to think that it kept me out of trouble, it made me interact with others and create powerful relationships and overall, it made me happy! In my opinion, Dancing is the best workout! PHYSICALLY you are moving and sweating. Your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases and you burn calories! This is why most people take dance classes or any workout classes, to sweat! However, we can't forget all the other amazing benefits that come along with movin' your tush! CONFIDENCE, when you learn how to dance, your entire mental outlook will take on a fresh sense of creativity, motivation and energy! This self-confidence in your dancing abilities will transfer to all other aspects of your life as well! SELF EXPRESSION, dance provides an emotional outlet so you can express your feelings and emotions through body movements. Dancing will build, improve and strengthen your ability to permanently use these expressive qualities even when you are not on the dance floor! My personal favorite.. FUN, what a joy it is to shake your butt and move your hips! Dancing is such a great way to add excitement in to your life. What is the point of working out and being miserable? If i'm going to be working out I better be enjoying it! These are just a few things I love about taking dance classes! On top of all these powerful benefits think about how great you would look on the dance floor at the next family wedding! Dance has been the biggest part of my life and my first love! With all this being said, now is the time! If you have been contemplating taking a class, JUST TAKE IT! Be strong and dance on!
